Death’s Counterfeit (1st Place 48 Hour Short Film)

We’re proud to announce that this not only won first place in the Southwestern competition, but also Best Audio and William Wade took home the Best Actor award.

This is the end result of a 48 hour short film festival I did with my friend Scott Olney. We had to include a pillowcase and the line “What’s growing out of this”

Special thanks to Tipu Sabziwaar for letting us use his music

The Crown

My final project for high school and AP English 12. I had to tell a story using characters from A Thousand Splendid Suns, Pride and Prejudice, Macbeth, The Metamorphosis, The Poisonwood Bible, and The Princess Bride. The opening is pretty weak but once the story really starts to open up, I think there are some pretty cool scenes.

Extended Cut of the Mobius Strip “It’s Not Deep” Album Teaser

I made this album teaser for my friends from Mobius Strip. All of the music used in the video will be included in their new album “It’s Not Deep” releasing June 21st. This version is my original cut but for the “official” trailer we decided to end at 1:03. Enjoy!

Good Old Fashioned Business

Good Old Fashioned Business was a project I made in a week for 11th Grade US History class. I was in a team of 4 people and on the day we had set to shoot the project nobody showed up. Brian ended up coming over right before sunset and we rushed to get as much footage as possible in 10 minutes. A few days later with the help of my dad Brian and I filmed the headsplosion scene. We had two cameras positioned at an angle where my father wasn’t in shot and we had a cantaloupe positioned on top of a stick that was filled with KY Jelly and Styrofoam. My dad was to the left of me with a shotgun and simply pulled the trigger at the same time I did. I later digitally added in the coat behind the cantaloupe which looks pretty horrible if you look closely. I also made a nasty looking stump in Photoshop that I used as the spine sticking out after the wonderful headsplosion.
